Rich Blue, Ed.D, MA., LCPC, NCC

Founder & Clinical Director

A counselor with over 30 years of experience, Rich underwent a transformational encounter with Christ in 1972. This experience resulted in him pursuing a life dedicated to the promoting of faith and authentic spirituality. He pursued his passion to help others by joining the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, where he served for seven years, then later became Campus Director at Northwestern University.

It was through this campus ministry that Rich discovered his love for counseling. Best known for his insight, compassion, and powerful approach to therapy, Rich believes that Christ has a boundless love for all people and that each of us can be a vehicle for that love.

As an avid athlete, Rich values training and dedication, which brings joy and vitality through living with purpose and passion. Rich and his wife, Sue, have been married for over 40 years and have two children, two grandchildren, and their dog, Gabriel.

Nancy Rollins, M.S., LCPC, NCC

Senior Therapist

Nancy Rollins, M.S., LCPC, NCC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has worked for 40 years in the Mental Health field. She was on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for 4 years serving in the college ministry. She brings compassion, understanding, and expertise along with vast life experiences to her work. Special areas of interest for Nancy include assisting people who are dealing with loss, transitions, marital and relational challenges, and parenting concerns. She is particularly effective in communicating safety and hope in her work with Couples, which ignites their vision to make lasting changes. Nancy discovered her passion for running at the age of 30 and developed into an accomplished marathon runner, having run 83 marathons. She started the CLE Running/Walking Club where clients are learning how to use exercise and fitness as a metaphor for personal growth. Nancy and her husband, Carle, have been married for over 34 years and have 2 grown sons, one grandson, a cat, and a dog.

Gabriela Caballero Cantú, M.A., LPC

Therapist

M. Gabriela Caballero Cantu, MAPC, LPC, received her degree through the Institute of Pastoral Studies at Loyola University Chicago. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has found this therapy model effective with clients who have experienced post-traumatic stress in their lives.

Gabriela firmly believes that we all have a choice in how we respond to the challenges of life. Our adversities need not define, nor destroy us. Our responses to life’s challenges offer us the opportunity to discover our strengths and share them with others. Gabriela welcomes the opportunity of supporting others in their journey towards becoming their radiant selves. She has a gentle heart and supports her clients in unlocking their strengths and gifts in order to live their most purposeful and abundant lives.

Gabriela has extensive training in multi-cultural issues and has facilitated cultural diversity workshops. She has educated children at the elementary school level in both private and public institutions, and was the principal of a private inner-city school in Chicago. Gabriela also has a deep passion for supporting couples that are considering nurturing children through the miracles of foster care and adoption. Gabriela and her husband, Gerardo, have been actively involved in foster parenting, have three children, and especially enjoy taking road trips together.
