Our Purpose

As a Christian counseling and coaching center we are dedicated to seeing each person grow in the grace and knowledge of God and Jesus Christ. We are committed to providing cutting-edge, dynamic, and effective support to those who want to live great lives including meaningful relationships, service-filled satisfying careers, and deep fulfilling faith.

We look to inspire ourselves and our clients to become our most Christ-like selves. We do our best to practice what we preach; each of our therapists is dedicated to their own personal transformation and spiritual growth.

The Center for Christian Life Enrichment (CLE) seeks to be a refuge for those who have been hurt by disingenuous, dogmatic, judgmental, and legalistic forms of religion. We have high regard for the relationship of each individual to God and trust the Spirit and the truth to guide each person in their life’s direction.

Our Values

CLE is dedicated to authentic, compassionate, responsible, and truthful Christian living. We believe that God is love. The expression of genuine love toward ourselves as well as others is foundational to all we do and believe.

We believe that each individual is created in the image of God and their life has both meaning and purpose. We believe that every person is inherently valuable and has within them a vast store of untapped potential. Because wisdom, character, and maturity are most often born out of adversity, we support each other in our journey to learn and grow from our challenges and live to our highest potential.

We strongly emphasize the need for each individual to assume responsibility for their own life. Each individual is accountable to exercise their gifts and talents as well as fulfill their life project.

Our Approach

The foundation of our approach to counseling is the central teachings of Christianity, and we build upon these principles by drawing from the wisdom and methodologies of many psychotherapeutic disciplines. Our approach to counseling has been greatly influenced by Humanistic, Existential, Developmental, and Adlerian methodologies.

Although we have a unique interest in the struggles common to the Christian faith, our desire is to be a community in which individuals can deepen their faith in God regardless of their background, religious beliefs, and culture.
